Grand Traverse Bay Waterkeeper
A scenic 2-mile open water swim in Grand Traverse Bay for swimmers of all experience levels. Event includes training, the swim, and a celebratory pancake breakfast afterward. Proceeds support protection of rivers, lakes, wetlands, and beaches in the region.
College of Coastal Georgia Conservation Biology class visited Cannon's Point Preserve for on-site orientation, with students working on service learning projects throughout the semester.
