American Greenlands Restoration Inc

American Greenlands Restoration, Inc. (A.G.R.I.) is a 501(c)(3) based in Huntington Station, NY, founded by John Sferazo, that combines wildlife habitat restoration on rural land with outdoor therapeutic opportunities for disabled veterans, first responders, and their families. The organization opens restored land to combat veterans and first responders, drawing on its founder's own experience that time outdoors aided his recovery from psychological trauma; it has also been recognized with a Partners in Wildlife landowner award (Maine Dept. of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife).
