American Lands Project

American Lands Project is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Seattle that organizes trips for federal policymakers and their staff to visit public lands directly affected by their decisions. It manages full trip logistics, including itinerary planning and congressional ethics paperwork, with the goal of connecting decision-makers with the communities, including tribal leaders, impacted by policy over the roughly 640 million acres of federally managed land in the US.
