Androscoggin River Watershedcouncil

The Androscoggin River Watershed Council works to improve environmental quality, encourage stewardship, and promote healthy communities across the Androscoggin River watershed in Maine. Based in Bethel, the council carries out habitat restoration (including brook trout habitat work), water quality monitoring, and recreational river access initiatives along the 170-mile river system.
