Atascadero Land Preservation Society

The Atascadero Land Preservation Society (ALPS) is a private nonprofit conservation organization founded in 1989 with a mission to preserve environmentally significant open space, undeveloped natural land, and native trees in Atascadero, California. It acquires and manages preserves such as the 103-acre Three Bridges Oak Preserve, opening them to the public for passive recreation, and carries out stewardship work including trail maintenance, fire hazard reduction, and native tree and habitat restoration.
