Beaverkill Valley Land Trust

Beaverkill Valley Land Trust works to protect land, streams, forests, and wildlife in the Beaverkill Valley of upstate New York (headquartered in Livingston Manor, NY) by facilitating conservation easements with landowners and guarding against pollution and overdevelopment. It also runs a Heritage Project documenting local history, is restoring the Lew Beach Community House, and partners with scientific institutions on climate change research affecting the region.
