Berkeley Echo Lake Camp Association

Berkeley Echo Lake Camp Association (BELCA) is an all-volunteer nonprofit, established in 2005, that supports Echo Lake Camp, a summer camp in the high Sierra that has served Berkeley, California residents since 1923. BELCA provides financial support and advocacy for the camp's programs and physical site, including youth camp, counselor-in-training, family camp, and 50-and-Better programs, working to keep the camp experience accessible to Berkeley residents.
