Bird Conservation Fund

Bird Conservation Fund is a Berkeley, California-based 501(c)(3), established in 2015, that delivers small targeted grants to bird conservation projects around the world, with a focus on protecting threatened and endangered species. It is volunteer-led and directs 100% of donated funds to the projects it supports, with no administrative overhead deducted. Since 2017 it has distributed nine grants totaling roughly $75,000 to projects in countries including Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Myanmar, and Madagascar.
