Birds Georgia

Birds Georgia, headquartered in Atlanta and founded in 1926 as the Atlanta Bird Club, is an independent partner of the National Audubon Society working to build "places where birds and people thrive" across the state. Its conservation programs include habitat management, wildlife sanctuaries, and building-collision reduction efforts like Project Safe Flight and Lights Out Georgia. It also runs education programs (Camp Talon, the Master Birder Program) and community initiatives such as the Georgia Birding Trail and Bird City Georgia.
