Blackbrook Audubon Society

Blackbrook Audubon Society is a chapter formed around 1950 from an earlier bird club dating to 1938, serving Ohio's Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga counties. It promotes conservation and restoration of ecosystems with an emphasis on birds and habitat through education and advocacy, holding monthly meetings at Lake Metroparks, Geauga Park District, and The Holden Arboretum plus monthly bird trips and census walks to monitor local Important Bird Areas.
