Calf Island Conservancy, Inc. is a nonprofit that works with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to promote conservation, stewardship, and environmental education on Calf Island, a roughly 32-acre island off the coast of Greenwich, Connecticut, in Long Island Sound. The island is now a unit of the Stewart B. McKinney National Wildlife Refuge, and about half of it functions as a bird sanctuary supporting wading birds and other wildlife.
