Canaan Valley Institute Inc

Canaan Valley Institute is a nonprofit headquartered in Davis, West Virginia, working across Central Appalachia and the Mid-Atlantic (with projects in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland) on habitat restoration, streambank stabilization, and wastewater/septic system upgrades to improve water quality. It also runs outreach and education programs, including environmental field studies, in partnership with landowners, local leaders, and government agencies.
