Christmas Lake Homeowners Association

The Christmas Lake Homeowners Association (CLHA) is a 501(c)(3) organization managing the community around Christmas Lake, a 265-acre spring-fed lake on the border of Shorewood and Chanhassen, Minnesota. It oversees water quality monitoring, environmental concerns like PFAS contamination, and boating safety, and coordinates communications and events among the lake's roughly 140 member properties.
