Clean Water Expected In East Tennessee

Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee (CWEET) is a community nonprofit based in Cosby, TN, founded to hold upstream polluters accountable under the Clean Water Act and address decades of industrial pollution in the Pigeon River from North Carolina paper mills. It runs citizen-scientist water monitoring, environmental education and youth programs, and community advocacy in East Tennessee.
