Coastal Mountains Land Trust

Coastal Mountains Land Trust is a Camden, Maine-based conservation organization, founded in 1986, whose mission is to permanently conserve land and connect people with nature in the western Penobscot Bay region. It protects roughly 500 acres a year across 35+ nature preserves and 50+ miles of trails spanning 16 towns (including Rockport, Belfast, and Lincolnville), and was accredited by the Land Trust Alliance in 2008.
