Community Design Lab

Community Design Lab is a Maryland 501(c)(3), based in Germantown, MD, describing itself as a mobile, nature-inspired studio that brings community-led design to neighborhoods across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. It runs hands-on programs including Creative Mischief (nature/art workshops for ages 6-12), Design+Build (teens co-designing and installing real conservation landscapes with mentors), and Second Bloom (nature-based art workshops for adults and seniors), plus free nature-art workshops for schools, libraries, and offices.
