Community Partnerships Resource Conservation And Development Counc

Community Partnerships (RC&D) is an independent nonprofit based in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, that identifies unmet needs across seven central Pennsylvania counties (Juniata, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, and Union) and builds local solutions. Its programs span land conservation and cultural/arts initiatives, run by a volunteer board and staff and funded through local, state, and federal sources.
