Conservation Of Plott Creek Headwaters

Conservation of Plott Creek Headwaters is a nonprofit near Waynesville, North Carolina working to protect the Plott Creek Watershed by preserving its fragile high-elevation headwaters. It partners with private landowners to secure conservation easements, works to protect high-elevation spruce/fir forest and the rare plant and wildlife species that depend on it, and conducts community education and volunteer outreach.
