Council On Library And Information Resources

The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) is an independent nonprofit that develops strategies to strengthen research, teaching, and learning environments in partnership with libraries, archives, and cultural institutions. It runs project initiatives, the Digital Library Federation program, and fellowships/awards aimed at expanding access to information and supporting collaborative, cross-institutional work in scholarly communications.
