The Delaware Bay and River Cooperative (DBRC) is a 501(c)(3) membership organization founded in 1977 that provides 24-hour oil spill emergency response for the Delaware River and Bay, operating equipment including skimmers, boom, recovery vessels, and the 166-foot OSRV DELRIVER stationed at Roosevelt Inlet. Its mission is to foster a sustainable future for the river and bay's natural resources through incident prevention, preparedness, response, and mitigation, and it is based in Lewes, DE with a secondary office in Linwood, PA.
