Dionondehowa Wildlife Sanctuary And School Inc

Dionondehowa Wildlife Sanctuary and School is a 501(c)(3) land trust on 217 acres bordering the Battenkill River near Shushan, New York. The sanctuary serves as a wildlife refuge and runs a long-grass nesting project for ground-nesting birds that have lost habitat elsewhere, while the affiliated school offers programs in nature studies and the healing and expressive arts.
