East Ozarks Audubon Society

East Ozarks Audubon Society, founded in 1980, is a local Farmington, Missouri-based chapter of the National Audubon Society serving six rural counties in southeast Missouri. It focuses on bird and habitat conservation through education, advocacy, and hands-on stewardship, hosting regular public meetings and birding trips, and has established a nature sanctuary in Farmington with a bird blind, nature trail, butterfly garden, and native-plant pollinator meadow.
