Fishkill Creek Watershed Alliance

Fishkill Creek Watershed Alliance is a nonprofit based in Beacon, New York (founded 2023) working to protect, preserve and restore the natural resources of the Fishkill Creek watershed, which spans 14 municipalities across Dutchess and Putnam counties on its way to the Hudson River. It runs community water quality sampling, creek restoration work parties, microplastics research with student partners, and is pursuing an official state "inland waterway" designation for the creek.
