Ala-Tom RC&D Council is a community-driven nonprofit serving nine counties in Southwest Alabama (Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Dallas, Marengo, Monroe, Perry, Washington, and Wilcox). It runs an annual grants program funding local community projects and a revolving loan fund supporting small business growth, aiming to accelerate resource conservation, development, and quality of life across the region.
