Aleha Inc

ALEHA Inc is a nonprofit based in Avon, Minnesota that helps lakeshore homeowners obtain Minnesota DNR permits and organizes mechanical (non-chemical) removal of invasive aquatic vegetation such as milfoil, curly-leaf pondweed, and starry stonewort from Upper, Middle, and Lower Spunk Lakes and Ochotto Lake. It partners with the Avon Area Lakes Association and is funded through property-owner donations and grants from the MNDNR, county, and township boards.
