Amazon Conservation Team

Amazon Conservation Team partners with indigenous and other local communities across Brazil, Colombia, the Guianas (including Suriname), and Costa Rica to protect Amazonian and other tropical forests through a rights-based approach that expands and strengthens indigenous land rights and traditional knowledge. It reports helping manage millions of acres of indigenous reserves and sustainably managed lands, with programs spanning sustainable livelihoods, community health, and protection of isolated indigenous peoples.
