Amazon Protection Foundation

Amazon Protection Foundation, based in Miami, FL and established by the Brazilian organization EBCF (Empresa Brasileira de Conservacao de Florestas), promotes Amazon rainforest conservation through the creation of sustainable protected reserves and conservation units. It reports having converted 50,000 acres into protected sustainable reserves with 2 million more in its pipeline, alongside social projects in health, education, women's empowerment, and income generation supporting roughly 3,000 local families.
