Appalachian Northeast Tenn Resource Conservation And Development Counc

Appalachian RC&D Council (ARCD), based in Johnson City, Tennessee, is a 501(c)(3) established in 1994 that connects farmers, gardeners, and food entrepreneurs across northeast Tennessee with resources for healthy, resilient communities. It runs four core programs: Farmland Conservation, Farmer & Gardener Training, Nutrition & Food Access, and a Local Farms & Food Hub connecting consumers with regional producers.
