April & Jeff Sayre Fund For Nature

Originally incorporated in 2020 as the April & Jeff Sayre Fund for Nature and now operating as the April Pulley Sayre Legacy Foundation, this organization supports the creative use of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) to inspire, motivate, and educate children about nature and ecosystem conservation. It runs an 'Earth Day Fellows' grant program recognizing organizations and individuals doing this work, honoring the legacy of children's nature author April Pulley Sayre, who died in 2021, and her husband, ecologist Jeff Sayre.
