Arlington Regional Master Naturalists

Arlington Regional Master Naturalists (ARMN) is a chapter of the Virginia Master Naturalists, formed in 2008, made up of more than 300 trained volunteers who restore and steward natural areas across Northern Virginia. Members remove invasive species and restore native habitat at roughly 55 sites, lead environmental education programs, and maintain three demonstration native-plant gardens. ARMN volunteers also contribute to citizen science efforts such as stream health monitoring, the Christmas Bird Count, and a NASA-Harvard ozone bioindicator study.
