Aspen Valley Land Trust

Aspen Valley Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 1967 and headquartered in Carbondale, Colorado, that permanently protects land across the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys from Independence Pass to the Roan Plateau. It has saved 51,500 acres and 104 miles of riverfront using tools like conservation easements, and operates 10 public parks while partnering with 27 schools and nonprofits on outdoor education.
