Audubon Society of Central Maryland

The Audubon Society of Central Maryland is a local Audubon chapter that protects birds and their habitats through conservation, education, and advocacy. It stewards two wildlife sanctuaries totaling 270 acres in Frederick County (Fred Archibald in New Market and Audrey Carroll in Mt. Airy), and offers programs such as "Birding 101," a Wildlife Habitat Advisor Program, nature walks, webinars, and a schoolyard grant program.
