Bahamas Creek And Wetlands Restoration Foundation

Bahamas Creek & Wetland Restoration Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that restores tidal creek and wetland systems on Andros Island in the Bahamas, working with the Bahamas National Trust and local fishing guides. It uses drone overflights to assess habitat fragmentation and targets restoration where road construction (built without bridges or culverts) and storm-driven siltation have caused mangrove overgrowth to choke tidal flow at creek mouths.
