Baltimore Harbor Waterkeeper

Baltimore Harbor Waterkeeper is a program of Blue Water Baltimore (a Waterkeeper Alliance member) that uses science and legal advocacy to hold polluters accountable and push for stronger Clean Water Act enforcement in Baltimore Harbor and the Patapsco River. It runs ambient water quality monitoring across 51 sites in the Jones Falls, Gwynns Falls, Baltimore Harbor, and Herring Run watersheds, and organizes community advocacy around trash, stormwater runoff, sewage, and toxic pollution.
