Barshinger Creek Preservation Alliance

Barshinger Creek Preservation Alliance is a nonprofit based in Red Lion, Pennsylvania that grew out of grassroots opposition to a high-density housing development planned for the former Red Lion Country Club property. It now works to permanently protect that land and restore the Barshinger Creek watershed, which feeds wetlands and waterways connecting to drinking-water sources for York County within the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay watersheds.
