Bay County Artificial Reef Association Inc

BCARA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, established in 2013 and run by local fishermen, divers, and businessmen, that deploys artificial reefs in state and federal Gulf waters near Panama City Beach, Florida. Its goal is to enrich fisheries and marine habitat, reducing fishing pressure and growing fish populations through reef deployments funded by donations, raffles, and volunteer efforts.
