Berrien Connection

Berrien Connection is a nonprofit serving Berrien County in southwest Michigan that addresses social determinants of health and works to empower communities to tackle the root causes of health inequities. Its initiatives include free educational programs, vocational training, community health fairs, and facilitating access to affordable housing and nutritious food. It partners with local businesses, healthcare providers, educational institutions, government agencies, and other community organizations.
