Branford Land Trust

Branford Land Trust is a Connecticut nonprofit that preserves open space in Branford and promotes appreciation of the town's diverse natural features, including tidal salt marshes, wetlands, forests, and islands in Long Island Sound. It protects over 1,400 acres and more than a dozen nature preserves, maintains 30+ miles of hiking trails, runs invasive-species and pollinator programs, and offers an Environmental Day Camp and other education and outreach programs, with accreditation from the Land Trust Alliance.
