Briggs Lake Chain Association

Briggs Lake Chain Association (BLCA) promotes the care, improvement, and general welfare of the Briggs Lake Chain -- Briggs, Julia, Rush, and Big Elk lakes -- and connecting waterways near Clear Lake in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The volunteer-run 501(c)(3) coordinates water quality monitoring, aquatic invasive species management (including curly leaf pondweed), and community events, and was named Minnesota's 'Lake Association of the Year' in 2006.
