Buckthorn Project Inc

Buckthorn Project Inc. is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) founded in 1996 and based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, focused specifically on combating invasive common and glossy buckthorn. It performs plant removal and spot herbicide treatments on private lands across the state, researches control methods and alternatives to chemical treatment, and runs public education programs on buckthorn's impact on native ecosystems.
