The Buffalo-Duck River Resource Conservation & Development Council is a nonprofit, board-governed council based in Centerville, Tennessee, serving Hickman, Lewis, Perry, and Wayne Counties as part of the nationwide USDA-originated RC&D program. Organized in 1994, its mission is to improve quality of life through natural resource management and conservation alongside the advancement of economic, educational, social, and cultural opportunities, working in partnership with state and national RC&D councils.
