California Lake Management Society Inc

The California Lake Management Society (CALMS), founded in 1985 and based in the Bay Area, is the only statewide network of individuals, lake associations, and public agency representatives devoted to the preservation and protection of California's lakes and reservoirs. It operates as a chapter of the North American Lake Management Society, hosting an annual conference and topic-focused webinars connecting lake managers, academic researchers, regulators, and other water resource professionals across CA, NV, AZ, and HI.
