Capital Region Land Conservancy

Capital Region Land Conservancy is the only land trust dedicated specifically to conservation across Virginia's capital region, covering Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, and Powhatan counties, the Town of Ashland, and the City of Richmond. It protects significant natural and historic lands through conservation easements with private landowners, and leads initiatives such as creating urban parks in neighborhoods like Scott's Addition and safeguarding historic sites like the New Market Heights battlefield.
