Capital United Land Trust
Capital United Land Trust, founded in 2019 in Lansing, Michigan, preserves vacant land under community management to support sustainable urban agriculture and ecological restoration. It works to place collectively purchased vacant lots under permanent agricultural or ecological easements so gardeners and growers can't lose access to development, with a focus on redistributing land stewardship to historically marginalized groups.
