CLIPA (Capitol Lake Improvement and Protection Association) is a citizen coalition based in Olympia, Washington working to improve, maintain, and preserve Capitol Lake, which it calls the 'Number One Jewel of Thurston County.' The site describes its focus on a watershed-wide, sustainable solution for the lake in line with its original vision and current/future needs, including advocacy for maintenance dredging to reduce sediment carryover into Budd Inlet.
