Carolina Ocean Alliance
Carolina Ocean Alliance is a Charleston, SC nonprofit (founded 2023) advancing community-driven solutions to protect coastal and ocean ecosystems. It organizes the annual Hope Summit conference, supports the Creek Collective (a mutual-aid network for salt-marsh/creek stewardship groups) and The MARSH Project's work restoring Halsey Creek, and runs a microgrant fund plus environmental-justice-focused education.
