Carolina Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

Carolina Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (CWRC) is a 501(c)(3) founded in 2019 near Waxhaw, NC that treats injured, sick, and orphaned native wildlife — birds of prey, other birds, mammals, and reptiles. Its stated mission is to mitigate human impacts on native wildlife and ecosystems through medical treatment, public education, and scientific research; it holds state and federal rehabilitation permits and is volunteer-based.
