Carpet America Recovery Effort Care Inc

Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) is a joint industry-government 501(c)(3), founded in 2002, that develops market-based solutions for recycling and reusing post-consumer carpet in the US and supports design for recyclability. It is the designated Carpet Stewardship Organization for California's AB 2398 program and reports its network has diverted over 4.6 billion pounds of carpet from landfills since 2002.
