Catoctin Land Trust Inc

Catoctin Land Trust is Maryland's only land trust dedicated to preserving the Appalachian Trail landscape, working to sustain protected forests, clean streams, regenerative farmland, and vibrant communities across Frederick and Washington counties. It helps landowners protect their properties through conservation easements and restores local watersheds that feed into the Chesapeake Bay. It also convenes the Heart of Maryland Collaborative, a partnership coordinating preservation and restoration efforts across the region.
