CEC Stuyvesant Cove Inc, doing business as Solar One, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and delivers education, workforce training, and technical assistance to foster sustainability and resiliency in New York City's urban environment. Its programs span K-12 environmental STEM education, green workforce training in solar, electrical, and HVAC trades, community solar and clean-energy technical assistance for underserved neighborhoods, and stewardship of its Environmental Education Center at Stuyvesant Cove Park on Manhattan's East River waterfront. It operates across all five NYC boroughs as well as Newark, NJ.
